		<description>Your comments remind me of a second hand shop I saw some years ago in the US. Very much to the point. Its name on the shop was &lt;em&gt;Dead Peoples Stuff: they couldn&#039;t take it with them but you can&lt;/em&gt;. 

P.S. I like that old Power Real Estate photo.</description>
